A chocolate factory shrouded in secrets, a family compelled by greed, and a vengeful spirit lurking below. Put your mind to the test as you race to unravel four mysteries spanning generations. Challenge your bravery as you plunge into the depths of an abandoned basement, scrabbling in search of the vital clues in order to save a life. What is Echoes?
Echoes is an Immersive Murder Mystery with a scare maze, walk-about experience, and a bar on site.
You’ll be working to solve a mystery
How many tickets can I book?
As many as you like! The show has a capacity of 35 – 40 people, so you can book just for yourself or with lots of friends.
Will I need anything?
You will need access to your phone within the show and earphones (though these aren't necessary). Please ensure you bring these with you to be able to listen to audio and discover new information.
We'd recommend bringing earphones or headphones!
Where is it?
COLAB House, 55 Southwark Road, SE1 1RU - This is situated right next to Flat Iron Square.
Is Echoes COVID-safe?
Echoes operates in line with the current Government guidelines. Guests are all required to wear masks throughout the experience, unless exempt.
Do you serve food?
No. None of COLAB’s shows serve food.
What is the age requirement?
14+ and must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you serve drinks?
Yes, we have a fully functioning bar on site, including specialised cocktails and a variety of spirits. This takes card payments only.
Can we book for a private event or larger booking for Echoes?

Is Echoes an accessible experience?
Sadly, the show is set over two stories with only stair access, so the show is not accessible for wheelchair users.
I’m pregnant – can I still attend?
Yes! The show doesn’t require any kind of crawling or physical exertion beyond walking and traversing stairs.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No – you just need to give your name at the door.
Are there any special effects I should be aware of?
In Echoes, flashing and strobe lights are used during parts of the show. Some of the show is set in the dark.
What should I wear?
You're hunting for a ghost and information, so we'd not recommend wearing anything too difficult to move around in. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended.
What if I turn up late?
There is no late admission to the show.
What is your refund and reschedule policy?
In order to refund your booking, we need a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
